Returns/Exchanges

 

Lauryne Elizabeth wants to ensure each client is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase please return within 14 days for a store credit that can be used toward another purchase. (Returns are shipped at the client’s cost) and also please provide a tracking number.  Lauryne Elizabeth will not be able to accept merchandise that has been worn or damaged.

Non-returnable items include swimwear, jewelry, accessories and sale items.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed will be shipped out within 48 business hours. 

Lauryne Elizabeth will not be responsible for delays by USPS or lost or stolen items.

*Domestic USPS Priority Shipping 2-3 days: $9.95

*Overnight Shipping $24.95 (Orders must be placed by 12 noon EST for overnight shipping)

How do I track my package?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.

International Shipping?

What are your business days and hours?

Business days are Monday through Friday and does not include holidays or weekends.

Business hours are Monday through Friday 10am – 7pm

How are returns processed?

Once your return is received, the item(s) will be reviewed within 24-48 business hours of receipt. Once the return has been approved an email notification will be sent advising of the return and amount of credit issued.
